Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, announced today that Dana White, John Elkann, and Charlie Songhurst will be joining the company’s board of directors. This move is seen as a strategic step to drive Meta’s growth and innovation in the fields of artificial intelligence, wearables, and social media.

Dana White, President and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has built the organization into a global sports powerhouse. John Elkann, CEO of Exor and chairman of Stellantis and Ferrari, brings his expertise in running large global businesses and provides an international perspective. Charlie Songhurst, a seasoned tech investor and former strategy leader at Microsoft, has been advising Meta on its AI and technology roadmaps and will now join the board.
