Google CEO Reveals AI-related Goals For 2025

Daily Listen,” an experimental Search tool, was introduced by Google this week. Daily Listen leverages all of the information Google has about you to create 5-minute podcast episodes that include descriptions and audible summaries of current events that you are interested in. The CEO of the company stated that it will continue to work on the feature in 2025, thus it may be more significant than it first appears.

According to the email, developers will have access to Gemini 2.0 Flash at some point this month. Additionally, all users will benefit from enhanced Gemini features, and additional “experiments” will be conducted.

Early access to these experimental alternatives will be made available to premium subscribers initially. Additionally, in the coming months, Gemini 2.0 Flash may go from “Experimental” to “Stable.”

Google One customers will be able to access NotebookLM Plus, the upgraded version of Google’s research tool, in “early 2025.” NotebookLM Plus boasts additional enterprise-oriented functionality and security measures. Google Search’s new experimental feature, Daily Listen, is based on NotebookLM’s Audio Overview function. The company also affirmed that it will incorporate the capabilities of its most recent suite of AI models, Gemini 2.0, into further goods and services. YouTube and Google Search are included, which could enhance AI Overview’s performance.
