The changes take effect on January 7 for new customers and February 7 for existing subscribers.
However, users may want to consider alternative options, such as Max, a combined streaming service from Warner Bros. Media that includes Discovery+ content, along with HBO and other popular networks. Max is priced at $9.99 per month for ad-supported plans and $16.99 per month for ad-free plans.
