Acer’s new Nitro 5 Series, which comes in a range of screen sizes, was introduced on January 6, 2025. It features a robust portfolio of entry-level gaming laptops that are intended to increase accessibility to AI-powered gaming.

The Nitro 5 laptops combine outstanding responsiveness, stutter-free graphics, and plenty of storage to meet the needs of developing AI features and applications, making them perfect for students, creators, and serious gamers looking for all-around performance.

The new Nitro devices accommodate a wide range of user preferences and styles by coming in different configurations and screen sizes.

They also get a three-month subscription to PC Game Pass. PC Game Pass is made for PC gamers and includes games from EA Play, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Ara: History Untold. Three models—the Nitro 5 17 AI, Nitro 5 16 AI, and Nitro 5 14 AI—are part of the new Nitro 5 AI laptop portfolio.

The AMD Ryzen AI 7 350, which is based on the latest “Zen 5” architecture, is the most powerful processor available for these gaming laptops. Smooth local AI capabilities are made possible by them, and their low power consumption optimization provides great battery life and faster responsiveness when creating or gaming.

With an NPU capable of 50 AI TOPS of computing power, these Copilot+ PCs allow for generative AI experiences, such as Cocreator in Paint. They also have laptop GPUs with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 and AI-powered graphics.
