Galaxy Backbone Limited (GBB), Nigeria’s provider of digital infrastructure and other related services, has announced its successful recertification by the International Standards Organisation (ISO).
The firm got recertification in four internationally recognized areas. They include:
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems (QMS): Ensuring the consistent provision of high-quality services and continuous improvement in operations.
- ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). Ensuring resilience, accessibility, and recovery of services during disruptions.
- ISO 20000 – Service Management Systems (SMS). Standardizing service delivery to guarantee reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and
- Also, GBB got ISO 27001 – Information Security Management Systems (ISMS): Safeguarding data confidentiality, integrity, and availability against dynamic cybersecurity threats.
