In a unexpected move, Grammarly announced this morning that it is rebranding to Superhuman. An AI-driven email service with the same name was bought by Grammarly in July. In this unforseen move to rebrand itself, the company is unveiling the Superhuman suite. The new suite would comprise the well-known Grammarly proofreading tool and Coda (collaborative workspace). Additionally, it will feature Superhuman Mail, and a new Superhuman Go, an AI agent and assistant.

Through the Superhuman suite, the firm aims to leverage Grammarly’s 40 million daily users to build a “cohesive environment for AI-driven tasks.” The company is aiming to develop a unified platform to accommodate all of its products.

“The integrated Superhuman platform enhances AI interactions for improved efficiency. Grammarly delivers concise writing support, Coda offers AI-driven workspaces for teamwork, Superhuman Mail organises emails while agents prepare detailed responses. Superhuman Go links data, coordinates agents, and provides instant aid for all tasks” the company stated today.

The Superhuman Agent Store will also offer access to current Grammarly writing agents and a new set of specialised AI agents. For instance, the upgraded Superhuman Go assistant will provide users with support online and deliver contextually relevant suggestions. Also, it will integrate seamlessly with other apps, including Google Workspace, Outlook, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and many others.

“These agents help users in organising, initiating, and carrying out significant tasks, such as gathering information, creating content, and offering professional insights.”

The Superhuman suite is now accessible through paid plans; however, no changes are occurring for current users of Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Mail. The Go Assistant tool can be accessed in Chrome and Edge by all Grammarly users and new Superhuman suite users. The Mac and Windows compatible applications will be available soon. All features of Superhuman Go will be accessible at no cost until February 1, 2026.
